|Bulls from Jody Mataska
|The Texas Bucking Bull Association held our first event of the year on Saturday, which was a rain date
from the 8th.. The entry's were low due to having to reschedule, other events going on the same day
and prior commitments, but we had a good event. This was a comedy of errors, many contractors drew
out when event postponed, port-a-potty truck broke down and never delivered (Sorry Ladies) PA mike
went out 30 minutes before start so had to drive to 20 miles to Radio Shack, my ranch hand left the
water hose on and flooded the back pens, our announcer had the flu ( the placement was terrible, ME)
and several entry's scratched last minute but the show went on. More bull riders showed up than we
had bulls entered but between Barry Neely and I we ran enough bulls in the chutes that all riders got to
get on, Thanks riders for coming because without you we could not hold events.
